I am Winnifred P. Cabrera, of Filipino descent born and raised on Saipan. I am married and a mother of three children - two girls and a boy. My husband is an 8th grade Algebra teacher at Hopwood Junior High School.
I am a Special Education Teacher at WSR Elementary School.
I hope to make a difference in education and in the lives of children as I work to better educate and serve students with special needs in the CNMI.
